The mission ensured the uninterrupted delivery of emergency assistance following the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela. Earlier, Viet Nam completed its first special flight, carrying 124 personnel from the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security, together with 10 search-and-rescue dogs and 25 tons of equipment and supplies to Venezuela.
