Vietnam and Japan Strengthen Cooperation in Semiconductor and AI Fields

Vietnam's Minister of Science and Technology met with Japanese counterparts to strengthen cooperation in science and technology, agreeing to establish a pilot semiconductor manufacturing center and develop Vietnamese-language AI. Both nations will also deepen collaboration in human resource development and digital transformation.
