Cambodian People's Party Emphasizes Unity and Citizen Service at Banteay Meanchey Rally

Ke Kimyan, Standing Committee Member of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and Head of the Party Working Group for Banteay Meanchey Province, emphasized that the strength and success of the party are rooted in internal unity and dedicated service to the people. He spoke during a meeting with party officials at all levels and youth members in Phnom Srok district, Banteay Meanchey province, on the morning of Sunday, July 19, 2026. Speaking at a ceremony held at the Rasmei Kran Sieb Restaurant in Tram Sre village, Poipet commune, Phnom Srok district, Ke Kimyan stated firmly that the CPP is not merely a political institution but a "great family" that shares joy and sorrow with the people. Therefore, he urged all levels of party officials, especially the younger generation, to maintain high moral standards, virtues, and a strong sense of responsibility in addressing the concerns of the local population. He further noted that in the context of rapid national development, the tasks of party officials at the district, commune, and village levels are increasingly important. Ke Kimyan urged all officials to strengthen unity and maintain internal cohesion, which he identified as the key factor for the party's victory in every mandate. He called for officials to be diligent in their grassroots work, always present among the people, to understand their problems, and to resolve them in a timely manner. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of nurturing party youth and strengthening their capacity with knowledge and technology to respond to the actual needs of the nation. Ke Kimyan also expressed admiration for the efforts of the Phnom Srok district party officials in the past, commending their cooperation in implementing the party's policies. He urged them to remain vigilant against any attempts to undermine the stability and peace that Cambodia has painstakingly built. He mentioned that under the energetic and visionary leadership of Prime Minister Hun Manet, and the continued implementation of the political path by Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Honorary President of the CPP and President of the Senate, Cambodia has achieved economic growth of approximately 4.2% in the first half of 2026 and development across all sectors. Furthermore, Ke Kimyan instructed party members and local authorities at all levels to resolutely protect peace, political stability, social order, the nation, religion, the monarchy, national sovereignty, and the Royal Government of Cambodia, and to continue implementing the "Safe Village-Commune" policy. During the cordial and solidarity-filled meeting, local party members made a firm commitment to continue implementing Ke Kimyan's guidance, pledging to further enhance party work for greater effectiveness in serving the people's interests and gaining even stronger support.
