Military Officer Missing After River Rescue Operation in Hung Yen

As of 6 PM on September 12th, search and rescue operations are underway on the Tra Ly River in Tra Ly ward, Hung Yen province, for two victims swept away by floodwaters. One of the missing individuals is a soldier from the 568th Infantry Regiment under the Hung Yen Provincial Military Command. This region has recently seen a series of tragic water accidents, raising serious concerns. Previous incidents include the drowning of five students in the Lo River, a fisherman missing at sea in Quang Binh province, and an urgent directive issued by the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee following consecutive drowning incidents.
