The operations took place on July 13th. The three cases involved drug trafficking and domestic violence stemming from drug use. In the first case, six suspects were apprehended in rental rooms in Stung Meanchey 2 and 3 communes, Meanchey district. Seized evidence included approximately 10 packets of white crystalline powder (suspected to be methamphetamine), two drug paraphernalia kits, and one modified knife. The second case involved the arrest of Kong Narong, 34, in Ou Russey 2 commune, 7 Makara district, following a report of a man exhibiting erratic behavior and domestic violence due to drug intoxication. The intervention was swift, with forces apprehending the suspect at his residence. The third case led to the arrest of Mom Visal, 38, in Boeung Tompun 1 commune, Meanchey district. Similar to the second case, the arrest was made after a report of a man in a drug-induced state causing disturbances and violence within his family.
