A joint task force in Cambodia's Svay Rieng province has raided and dismantled an alleged online scam operation, arresting a total of 12 foreigners, including 10 Vietnamese and 3 Chinese nationals. Seized items include numerous computers, mobile phones, and $89,050 in cash.
