The trough of a tropical depression (TD) will continue to bring rains over Visayas and Mindanao on Wednesday, Sept. 23, the state weather bureau said. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Benison Estareja said during its 5 p.m. weather advisory that the extension of the TD outside of the low pressure area is still present.
