Pre-shaded Ballots Found in Basilan Town Delay Bangsamoro Elections
Voting in the Bangsamoro parliamentary polls was delayed in Maluso town, Basilan province, after pre-shaded ballots were discovered in 36 precincts. The Commission on Elections has placed the town under its control and is arranging for substitute ballots.
