Naga City Disaster Response Programs Misaligned, Inconsistent, COA Finds
A majority of 45 programs under Naga City's six-year local disaster risk reduction and management plan were found to be misaligned and inconsistent with its purpose, according to a Commission on Audit (COA) report. Significant portions of the budget were allocated to activities not included in the plan.
