Lai Châu Province Arrests Suspect in 4 Heroin Cakes Trafficking Case
Lai Châu Province Police in northern Vietnam have arrested Lầu A Chá, born in 1990, from Điện Biên Province, for allegedly trafficking four cakes of heroin (approximately 1.4 kg). The suspect planned to procure the drugs from Laos and sell them in Lai Châu.
