La Union Logs P70M in Farm, Infra Damage from Monsoon, Storms
La Union province in the Philippines recorded approximately P70 million in damages to its agricultural produce and infrastructure due to several days of heavy rains from tropical storms and the southwest monsoon. Over 1,041 hectares of farmland cultivated by 1,546 farmers across 17 towns were affected.
