Ferry Trips Canceled Across Philippines Due to Severe Tropical Storm Kiyapo

MANILA, Philippines — Several ferry trips were canceled on Friday due to Severe Tropical Storm Kiyapo, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) said. It was moving west-northwestward at 25 kph. A gale warning was also raised over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon. /jpv
