Minister Joins Raids on 5 Nominee Companies in Thai Resort Islands

Thailand's Justice Minister, alongside the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), raided five suspected companies on Koh Samui and Koh Phangan linked to illicit nominee land ownership by foreigners. These firms allegedly used Thai nationals as nominees to bypass the Foreign Business Act.
