Elf truck carrying 27 passengers falls off road in Mountain Province

Seven people were rushed to a hospital as rescuers continued searching for other passengers of an elf truck that plunged down a steep slope along the Talubin-Barlig Road in Bontoc, the capital town of Mountain Province, on Tuesday.
