2026年5月22日、プノンペン市統一司令部はプノンペン市内3か所の外国人の住居を検査し、オンライン詐欺と不法滞在に関連した容疑者26人を逮捕した。 この作戦は、プノンペン市統一軍司令官クオン・スレン氏と国家警察副長官兼プノンペン市警察長官チュオン・ナリン中将の直接指揮の下、検察代表による法的手続きの調整の下で実施された。
