The launch event for the new Gladia Heights apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City on August 1st saw over 1,500 attendees, with hundreds of units reportedly finding owners within just four hours of sales opening. According to developers Keppel Land and Khang Dien, during the event, customers had the opportunity to explore the project's master plan, experience its utility spaces, and learn about various payment options. Minh Quan, a customer who purchased an apartment at the event, stated that he chose Gladia Heights due to its proximity to Thủ Thiêm, its riverside location, abundant green spaces, and amenities suitable for families with young children. He also expressed confidence in the project's progress and handover quality, citing the complete legal documentation and the reputation of Keppel Land and Khang Dien. A representative from the developer commented that the successful sales results indicate continued buyer interest in projects with complete legal frameworks, integrated planning, and amenities that meet long-term housing needs. Gladia Heights comprises three towers with 616 apartments and 23 commercial units. Situated on Võ Chí Công street, it is part of a 60-hectare integrated urban development area, bordered by rivers on three sides and adjacent to Thủ Thiêm. The location offers convenient access, with approximately 15 minutes to Ba Son Bridge and 20 minutes to Ben Thanh Market. Ongoing infrastructure development around Võ Chí Công street is also expected to enhance the project's value. The legal status of Gladia Heights was a key highlight emphasized by the developers. Prior to the sales launch, the project had obtained its land use rights certificate, a confirmation of eligibility for selling future housing, and a handover guarantee commitment from VietinBank. The project is also permitted for ownership by foreign organizations and individuals under Vietnamese law. Keppel Land and Khang Dien describe Gladia Heights as being developed under the "Future-First" philosophy. The project boasts over 60 internal amenities, and will connect to the wider 60-hectare integrated urban area, which includes schools, healthcare facilities, commercial centers, parks, squares, and riverside spaces. During the initial sales phase, customers could sign purchase agreements by paying just 10% of the apartment's value. The project is supported by loan facilities from multiple major banks, including VietinBank, BIDV, OCB, MB Bank, Vietcombank, and Standard Chartered Bank. The developer is offering interest support for loans covering up to 75% of the apartment value for 24 months. Information source: VnExpress
