It is known that another motorcycle was stolen in the same ward on July 22. "Some of the People's Militia are sleeping with their guns beside them, and they wouldn't even notice if their guns were stolen. They don't patrol the narrow alleys of the ward, and just driving around the main streets of the city is just blocking the roads.
