Poipet Authorities Ban Thai Frozen Goods, Restrict Thai Baht Displays to Boost National Products
Poipet City authorities in Cambodia have banned the import and sale of frozen goods from Thailand to protect public health and promote domestic products. They also prohibited the display of Thai Baht exchange rates to encourage the use of the Cambodian Riel.
