DPWH-Cebu execs, 20 others face complaints over anomalous flood control projects
Twenty individuals, including officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Cebu, have been charged before the Department of Justice (DOJ) over alleged anomalies in flood control projects in Balamban town, Cebu, facing charges of technical malversation and malversation of public funds.
