Ho Chi Minh City Proposes Digital Issuance of First-Time Land Use Rights Certificates
Ho Chi Minh City has seen a significant backlog in issuing new land use rights certificates (sổ hồng), with only 15 new certificates issued in the first five months of the year. To address this, the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Economics, Resources, and Environment has proposed digitizing the initial issuance process.
