カンボジア人民党中央委員会委員、アジア政党国際会議（ICAP）青年フォーラム副議長のソク・ソケン監察大臣は、カンボジア人民党の代表団を率いて、ICAPとモンゴル人民党が主催する「第45回ICAP常任委員会会議」の開会式に出席した。 第45回ICAPP常任委員会会議への参加は、アジア政党国際会議(ICAP)事務局長オ・ソグ氏の招待と、カンボジア人民党副党首で常任委員会委員長のサムデク・ヴィボル・セナ・ピークデイ・サイ・チュム氏の高い許可を得て行われた。
