Vietnam and Canada Aim to Elevate Comprehensive Partnership Soon
Vietnamese Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung met with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand on the sidelines of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting, agreeing to aim for an early upgrade of their Comprehensive Partnership.
