521kg of Crystal Meth Seized at Luang Prabang Airport, 13 Detained

Lao police have seized approximately 521kg of crystal methamphetamine at Luang Prabang International Airport, allegedly destined for international transport via a private jet arriving from Malaysia. Thirteen individuals, including pilots and airport staff, have been detained in connection with the case, suggesting the involvement of an international drug smuggling ring.
