Cebu Vice Mayor Charged Over Unfunded Bonus, Hiring Wife
The Office of the Ombudsman has filed two graft charges against Borbon, Cebu Vice Mayor Noel Dotillos for the unauthorized release of a P570,000 anniversary bonus in 2019 and for hiring his wife in 2024 without proper authorization. Bail of P90,000 is recommended for each charge.
