
DPWH chief blames ex-officials for Bulacan floods
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon stated that the severe flooding in Bulacan is attributable to the negligence of former DPWH Bulacan officials in maintaining flood control infrastructure. He highlighted that protective structures against high tides had holes, gaps, or were entirely absent.
