Cambodia: 'Oknha' and 16 Others Sentenced in Major Fraud Case, Ordered to Pay $33.5 Million to 1,115 Families
The Phnom Penh Municipal Court has convicted 'Oknha' Hea Kim Hong and 16 others in a large-scale fraud case involving 1,115 victim families. The main defendants received 15-year prison sentences and were ordered to pay approximately $33.5 million in damages.
