SunAsia, Vietnam Firm to Invest P24.5 Billion in Solar-on-Water Projects
SunAsia Energy of the Philippines and Vietnam's VinEnergo will jointly invest approximately P24.5 billion ($406 million) to build solar power facilities over water bodies, including fishponds. Targeting operations in 2027-28, the initiative aims to harmonize food production with renewable energy through an innovative model.
