Ministers at the conference also stressed the imperative need to safeguard national interests to the fullest. Furthermore, broad directions from top leaders are expected to provide fresh impetus for a new stage of national development. In Vietnam's one-party system, diplomacy is a critical tool for balancing economic growth with national security. Particularly amid complex relations with China and efforts to strengthen ties with the US and EU, diplomacy serves as a key instrument for maximizing economic benefits while maintaining geopolitical stability. Attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and developing export markets are vital drivers of Vietnam's rapid economic growth, making diplomatic endeavors indispensable.
