
Vietnam Continues to Assert Active and Responsible Role at UNESCO
Vietnam participated in the UNESCO General Assembly, discussing the implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and international cooperation. The country highlighted its active contributions to cultural heritage protection, including the renewal of the recognition for Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark and proposals for additional inscriptions to the Memory of the World Register. The UNESCO Director-General praised the good relationship with Vietnam.
