Fake Driver's License Syndicate Busted, Calls for Systemic Reform

It has been revealed that a criminal organization (syndicate) involved in manufacturing and selling counterfeit driver's licenses has been busted within Indonesia. In response to this situation, Member of Parliament Sahroni has urged that not only should criminal organizations be cracked down upon, but a fundamental reform of the driver's license issuance system itself is necessary. His remarks suggest that the circulation of forged licenses is rooted in vulnerabilities present in the existing system. Driver's licenses in Indonesia are official documents proving driving eligibility and their reliability is essential for ensuring traffic safety.
