Barge Rescue at Railway Bridge, One Vessel Remains Stranded
In Quảng Trị, Vietnam, two out of three barges stranded at a railway bridge have been refloated after over a day of rescue efforts. One remaining barge is overturned, and rescue operations continue. While parts of the railway bridge sustained damage, its structure is believed to be largely unaffected.
