Class suspensions, work-from-home arrangements ordered due to heavy rains
Face-to-face classes were suspended on Wednesday, August 19, in Metro Manila and 17 provinces due to heavy rainfall from the southwest monsoon (habagat). Government offices were also directed to implement alternative work arrangements.
