Quang Tri Province Streamlines Administrative Procedures for U Bo-Ho Thac Chuoi Eco-Tourism Project Kick-off

Quang Tri Province in central Vietnam is expediting administrative procedures for the development of the U Bo-Ho Thac Chuoi eco-tourism, resort, and entertainment complex. On the afternoon of September 24, key leaders of Quang Tri Province conducted an on-site inspection to assess the preparation status for this complex tourism project, slated for construction around U Bo Mountain and Thac Chuoi Lake. Following the inspection, a meeting was held online, connecting with relevant communes (xã) and wards (phường) to coordinate efforts for the smooth progression of the project. This project is positioned as a significant step in Quang Tri Province's tourism development. In recent years, the province has focused on leveraging its tourism resources, including enhancing the appeal of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. This new large-scale project is expected to contribute to regional economic revitalization and job creation. The project's commencement is scheduled for October 30. Provincial authorities are working diligently to ensure the project begins without delay by processing procedures such as land use planning, environmental impact assessments, and construction permits through an expedited process known as the "green lane." Quang Tri Province boasts unique natural landscapes and historical heritage within Vietnam. This tourism project aims to maximize these attractions and draw both domestic and international tourists.
