Philippine IT-BPM Sector Faces LGU Hurdles, Growth Concerns Mount

The IT and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry in the Philippines is facing growth impediments due to excessive fees and complex regulations imposed by Local Government Units (LGUs). This has forced the industry association, IBPAP, to revise down its revenue and employment targets.
