BMA faces 1.3 billion baht Chatuchak debt as appeal continues

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) is facing a 1.338 billion baht debt to the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) for unpaid rent at Chatuchak Weekend Market. Governor Chadchart Sittipunt is seeking interest relief for the COVID-19 period while planning to return market management to the SRT.
