Clark Airport Operator Adjusts 2026 Passenger Target Amid Fuel Price Volatility

Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD), operator of Clark International Airport, has revised its 2026 passenger traffic target downwards due to global fuel price volatility stemming from the Middle East war. The goal was lowered from 3.3 million to 3.1 million passengers. While domestic traffic shows strength, international traffic has declined.
