New Zealand PM: To Lam 'most powerful leader since Ho Chi Minh'

New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon described Vietnam's President To Lam as 'the most powerful leader since Ho Chi Minh' during the latter's state visit. The two countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and set a target of US$3 billion in bilateral trade by 2025.
