13 Isabel, Leyte LGU Employees Test Positive for Drugs

Thirteen employees of the local government unit (LGU) of Isabel in Leyte tested positive in a surprise drug screening conducted on Aug. 6 and 7, according to Mayor Bennet Pongos. A total of 145 LGU employees underwent the test.
