Indonesian Chamber of Commerce Faces Lawsuit Over West Java Branch Leadership Dispute

A leadership dispute within the West Java branch of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kadin) has escalated to a lawsuit. Nizar Sungkar, who claims to have been elected at a provincial meeting (Muprov), has sued Anindya Bakrie, Chairman of the Indonesian Kadin, and others, demanding Rp 20 billion in damages at the Bandung District Court.
