On the afternoon of July 15, in Hanoi, a delegation from the Central Steering Committee for the Protection of the Party's Ideological Foundation and the Fight Against Wrongful and Hostile Views (led by Central Committee member Ngo Dong Hai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mobilization Department) held a working session with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction. The meeting was held with the understanding that protecting the Party's ideological foundation is a requirement to innovate national governance.
