SEC willing to talk with Mica Tan, MFT Group on settlement if conditions met
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines has set conditions for Maria Francesca Tan and the MFT Group, accused of a massive investment fraud, requiring proof of funds in an escrow account and a payment plan for settlement talks. Tan is also subject to an Interpol red notice.
