COA Flags Over P700M in Undisbursed Fuel Subsidies

The Commission on Audit (COA) has flagged over P700 million in fuel subsidies that remained undistributed for the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in its 2025 audit report. While the majority were intended for tricycle drivers, issues with bank account details and beneficiary names led to some processed funds not reaching recipients.
