Cak Imin Launches 10,000 MCK Program for Pesantren Sanitation

According to news reported in Indonesia on August 4, 2026, Vice Presidential candidate Muhaimin Iskandar (commonly known as Cak Imin) has announced the "10,000 MCK (Public Toilet) Installation Program" aimed at improving public health conditions in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Cak Imin strongly criticized the current sanitation conditions in many pesantren as "irrational" and expressed his intention to establish a foundation for students and staff to live and learn in a cleaner and healthier environment through this program.
