Police officer owning gun used in Tacloban shooting under restrictive custody

The Philippine National Police (PNP) announced that the female police officer who owns the firearm used in the Tacloban school shooting has been placed under restrictive custody. The incident resulted in three deaths and 13 injuries. The PNP intends to pursue accountability for those who facilitated access to firearms and for gun owners.
