Vietnam Tightens Rules on Power Banks in Carry-On Luggage from July
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has announced new regulations for power banks on passenger flights, effective July 1. Based on International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) safety standards, the number of units, capacity, and protection methods will be strictly enforced.
