Vietnam Border Guards Donate 'House of Affection' to Soldier in Difficult Circumstances

On the afternoon of September 14, in Giong Lon hamlet, Dai An commune, Vinh Long province, the Vinh Long Provincial Border Guard Command organized the handover of a 'House of Affection' (Nha Tinh nghia) to the family of professional soldier Major Tran Ngoc Ly. Major Ly, who works in customs procedures at the Dan Thanh Port Border Gate, is stationed at the Truong Long Hoa Port Border Gate Border Guard Station.
