Myanmar Vice President discusses enhancing cooperation in renewable energy and investment sectors with China's Tibet Autonomous Region

Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye, who is visiting Nyingchi City in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, met with Mr. Wang Junzheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, at the Nyingchi Rui Crown Hotel on July 16th, and discussed further enhancing cooperation in the renewable energy and investment sectors between Myanmar and the Tibet Autonomous Region. It is reported that discussions were held on further enhancing cooperation in the cultural and trade sectors between Myanmar and the Tibet Autonomous Region, and on promoting the tourism sector by carrying out mutual exchanges and tours related to the preservation of Buddhist literature and historical heritage. Furthermore, opinions were exchanged on issues related to the dissemination of technology in the agriculture and livestock sectors, and cooperation in the traditional medicine and MSME sectors. Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye was accompanied by Deputy Minister U Naing Min Kyaw, Dr. Thaw Naing Oo, and responsible officials, while the Party Secretary was accompanied by responsible officials. Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye is visiting Nyingchi City in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China to attend the 5th Himalayan Region International Cooperation Forum.
