Huai Yai Police Aid Stranded Motorcyclist on Highway 331

PATTAYA, Thailand – A routine patrol by the Khao Mai Kaeo patrol unit of the Huai Yai Police Station turned into a late-night rescue mission on Tuesday, August 5, when officers spotted a motorcyclist pushing a broken-down bike along Highway 331. At approximately 11 p.m., officers were conducting their regular patrols when they observed the person struggling to push their motorcycle along the roadside of Highway 331, heading towards Bo Win. Upon stopping to investigate, the officers learned that the motorcycle had broken down after the rider had made a stop at a convenience store. The rider informed the police that the motorcycle would not start on the way home, leaving them unable to continue their journey. The Khao Mai Kaeo patrol officers stepped in to help, ensuring the safe transport of both the rider and their motorcycle back to their accommodation. Police officials stated that this incident serves as a small example of the wider role officers play in assisting residents, particularly at night when individuals stranded along a busy road can face additional risks.
