
Phnom Penh: Resident apprehends one of two burglars attempting to scale 3-meter wall
Early morning on the 14th, two burglars attempted to scale a 3-meter wall into a residential area in Phnom Penh. They were discovered by residents, leading to the apprehension of one suspect. The suspect initially claimed to be visiting a friend but was handed over to the police.
