Phnom Penh Begins Resurfacing Key Boulevard to Ease Traffic and Attract Investment
The Phnom Penh City Hall has commenced a resurfacing project on approximately 8.5 kilometers of Samdech Techo Hun Sen Boulevard (60-meter road). This initiative aims to improve traffic flow, enhance the capital's aesthetics, and attract tourists and investors.
